The iron removal unit is used in this project for the elimination of ferrous particles in the glaze, drastically reducing the risk of any defects on the finished product caused by product pollution.
The cleaning of the grids takes place in automatic washing cycles, using a pressure transducer that detects their clogging.
The supply includes, in addition to the machine, the motorized hoist for lifting grids, the manual grate washing cabin (to be carried out occasionally), and the downstream magnetic channel for the immobilization of all the captured ferrous particles.
