At an important porcelain stoneware manufacturer, Vibrotech took care of the supply and installation of the permanent magnet iron separator model OVERBELT 600.
The powerful neodymium magnetic plate captures impurities from the conveyor belt, continuously expelling them into the bucket via the extractor belt. The device drastically reduces ferrous pollution at the mill entrance. Watertight Rollers and gear motor.
The supply includes the support frame and the protection net of the entire device.
The OVERBELT model is available in the 600 – 800 – 1000 versions, based on the width (in millimeters) of the conveyor belt.
